Plans change — and our policy is simple. No advance payment on standard rides means cancelling is usually free.
BBSRCabs operates on fixed fares with no advance payment for standard bookings, so cancelling is straightforward and, in most cases, free. This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work.
Standard bookings (airport, local, city rides)
There is no advance payment and no cancellation fee when you cancel with reasonable notice. Simply message us on WhatsApp or call +91 93484 38989 and we will cancel or reschedule the ride.
Rescheduling
Need a different time or date? Rescheduling is free — just let us know as early as you can and we will move your booking to a slot that suits you, subject to availability.
Last-minute cancellations & no-shows
If a driver has already been dispatched to your pickup point and you cancel at the last minute, or do not show up, a small charge may apply to cover the driver’s time and fuel. We will always make such terms clear at the time of booking.
Pre-paid, outstation & multi-day trips
A few long outstation or multi-day bookings may require a small confirmation token. For these, cancellation terms and any refund of the token are agreed and communicated to you before you pay. Refunds, where due, are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Changes by BBSRCabs
In the rare event we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, we will arrange a suitable alternative vehicle or fully refund any amount paid — whichever you prefer.

Is there a cancellation charge?
For most bookings there is no cancellation charge when you cancel with reasonable notice. Because we take no advance payment on standard rides, cancelling simply means letting us know — there is nothing to refund.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 93484 38989 as early as you can. We will cancel or reschedule the booking and confirm back to you.
What about last-minute or no-show cancellations?
If a driver has already been dispatched to your pickup — or for pre-paid multi-day and outstation trips — a small charge may apply to cover the driver’s time and fuel. We always tell you upfront if a booking carries such terms.
