Yes. The published rate is all-inclusive of fuel, the driver’s allowance and city tolls or parking. Nothing is added at the end except genuine extra usage beyond your package.
How is this different from booking a sightseeing taxi?
Mostly what you use it for. If you want to see Lingaraj, Khandagiri, Dhauli and Nandankanan on a planned route, the local sightseeing page is built for that and suggests the itinerary. This page is for when you just need a car and a driver for a block of time and the stops are your own business.
