How do I book a cab with BBSRCabs?
Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 93484 38989 with your pickup, destination, date and time. We confirm the cab and a fixed fare instantly — no app download required.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Booking is entirely over WhatsApp or a phone call — that is deliberate. There is no app to install and no account to create.
How far in advance should I book?
A few hours’ notice is ideal for airport and outstation trips, but we handle last-minute rides 24/7, including early-morning and late-night flights.
Fares & payment
Are your fares really fixed?
Yes. Every fare is agreed at booking and is all-inclusive of tolls, parking, taxes and driver allowance. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, UPI and all major cards, paid directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No advance is needed for standard bookings — you pay after the ride. For a few long multi-day trips we may confirm a small token, and we tell you upfront if so.
Airport transfers
Do you charge extra for flight delays?
No. For airport transfers we track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting at no extra cost.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits just outside the arrivals hall at Bhubaneswar Airport (BBI) with a name board. Share your flight number so we can track it.
Do you operate for early-morning and late-night flights?
Yes — BBSRCabs runs 24/7, every day of the year.
Vehicles
What vehicles are available?
AC sedans (Dzire/Etios, 4 seats), SUVs (Ertiga, 6 seats) and Innova Crysta (7 seats). Pick based on passengers and luggage — see our fleet page.
Which vehicle should I choose for a family or long trip?
For families, elders or longer journeys we recommend an SUV or Innova for extra comfort and luggage space. A sedan is most economical for 1–3 passengers.

Can I book a local ride or outstation trip?

Can I cancel or change my booking?
